This Consent supplements your requested service or transaction with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which requires the collection, use, processing, transferring, sharing, disclosure, and retaining your personal data, pursuant to PAGCOR's compliance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) (DPA) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and the National Privacy Commission.

PAGCOR is committed to provide you with the services in relation to its mandate and objectives while implementing safeguards to protect the confidentiality, privacy and security of your personal data in accordance with its Data Privacy Policy. In order to achieve this, PAGCOR shall:

a. collect your personal data that are only necessary, adequate, relevant to the intended purpose of your requested service and/or transaction;

b. store your personal data in written, electronic or recorded means and shall be processed in a manner that ensures appropriate privacy and security safeguards;

c. use your personal data only for legitimate purposes not contrary to any law;

d. retain and dispose your personal data in accordance with PAGCOR's Records Management guidelines and procedures, other applicable policies or laws;

e. disclose or share your personal data to appropriate entities and authorities for any permitted purposes under the DPA and other applicable laws. If necessary, PAGCOR shall execute data sharing agreements to ensure protection of your privacy; and

f. uphold your rights: to be informed of, and object to, the processing of your personal data, to access and to rectify any error or inaccuracy thereto. You also have the right to suspend, withdraw, or order the blocking, removal or destruction of personal data that is incomplete, false, unlawfully obtained, processed or used for unauthorized purpose, or prejudicial to you, and to be indemnified for damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorized use of your personal data.
